Harry Cannon D.Hyp FNRAH MIMDHA MAPHP is an Advanced Hypnotherapist and Harley Street specialist, practicing in Carterton, West Oxfordshire and Harley Street, London.

Harry was introduced to the world of Wing Chun when he first watched Alan Lam demonstrating the art in Liverpool in the mid 70's, shortly before joining the Royal Air Force. After travelling around with the service for several years he came upon a class being held at the YMCA in Doncaster. The class was being run for Chinese workers. He attended one of the classes and politely asked about lessons.

The senior instructor was a little tentative and asked him to wait and talk with Master (Sifu) Samuel Kwok. Sifu Kwok was a little surprised to find that Harry had a little previous Wing Chun experience and accepted him as a student. Years later Harry was to become a personal disciple of Sifu Kwok and also a fully qualified instructor of the Wing Chun system. He is eternally grateful to his Sifu for both these honours.

Formal creation of the association

After retiring from the Royal Air Force in December 2000, Harry was encouraged by his few, select personal students to form a locally based association to teach Wing Chun and related arts. Some years later the association now has several instructors in various locations in the UK, including one remaining military instructor teaching in various overseas locations and so now uses the term 'international'. Harry thinks himself very privileged to be able to train with so many pleasant, like minded people who form the associations membership. All of whom enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere the association fosters.

Harry is now looking forward to seeing the heart of the association grow stronger with time and nurturing from its members.
